When we receive a request of this bike and met his young owner first thing that came to mind was to make a motorcycle thug . A funny scrambler
The first piece we adapted was the gas tank , which comes from a ” derby cup” small motorcycle , very popular in the years 70-80 in Spain .
We cut all the superfluous chassis brackets and closing curve of the chassis was welded .
The chassis is drilled and inside passes the entire electrical installation , also the wires going to the lithium battery located under the swingarm .
Also goes inside the handlebar wiring lights, indicators and horn , as well as the LED on the neutral witness, the ignition and start under the seat are clausor car .
The handlebar switches and buttons are made ad hoc .
All parts passed through sandblasting and powder coating .
Logos tank mimic hella -flush style.
